I Bought A 7in.rca Tablet From Walmart In November 2015. I Called This Morning To Tell Them About The Problem I Have Been Having With It, And They Informed That I Need To Contact Rca Because There Is A Warranty On Mine. My Screen Is Black And Want Take A Charge Or Reset. Could You Email The Info Or Process I Need To Take To Get Another Tablet. I Always Buy Rca Products Because You Have A Reputation For Good Service. I Am Waiting Your Reply And Thank You For Your Attention.
