Short Circuit In Power Unit From Rca Rt2911

My home teather have a short circuit in the power unit , because one bug touch the JUMPER JP4 and the resistor R154 , near there is a integrated circuit with 8 pins, but it explode and i need the CI number to change it. Could you help me.Hector From Mexico
