Why Do My Volume Go Down Every 5 Sec. Can You Help Me Please.

The unit must be to service. There is a problem with the volume control circuit, or some circuit dropping a crucial voltage, and being reset when you switch it of. It is not uncommon for faults to start this way. Generally when a problem like this starts you are on your way to total failure.
