Screen Whites Out But Can Hear Noise
purchase model rct6203w46 tablet in dec 2014. screen randomly turns white with black lines all the time but you can still hear the videos, have to hit the screen for awhile and it will soon come back to the screen working again most of the time. can i warranty this or have any resolutions how to fix myself?

Save your data & go here for a factory reset procedure. If it still freezes send it in for warranty repair before the 1 year warranty date passes.
