Rca M4208rd-b - Opal 8gb Mp3 Video Player Battery Replacement

The battery in my RCA M4208RD-B - Opal 8GB MP3 Video Player will no longer charge. How can I get a new battery installed? Can I buy one and do it myself? If I can buy one and replace the battery myself, how do I open the player with damaging it? I can access what is on the player by connecting the player to my computer using the USB cord, but the battery will not charge. I know this because when the player is disconnected from the computer, it will not turn on.Thank you

It sounds like the battery is not replaceable

The player cannot be turned on.

R26;

Battery is empty.

Ensure the keys lock is not activated.

Reset the player by pressing and holding /

MENU for more than 10 seconds.

If the player still cannot be turned on after

resetting, perform a firmware upgrade to restore it.
