Lcd Screen Replacement?
Hey I found a TV like this in the garbage and turned it on to see a bunch of cracks on the LCD display and there is almost no image (except for some blue at the top). I figured, since a TV like this is about $650 I could just buy the LCD display for a fraction of the price. I would like to know where I could get one and how much it would cost. I can install it myself (I already took out the old LCD screen and it is indeed only the cracks (I can almost see through the cracks)) Please give me an answer, it would be most appriciated.

I recommend one of two places, Google and eBay. I occasionally replace LCD screens on laptops that have been dropped. In most cases the laptop is just fine and the LCD just needs replacing.
I would first go to eBay and search on the model number and the word "replacement screen" or "new LCD" and see what you find. I've had really good luck buying replacement LCD screens over eBay.
If that doesn't work check the manufacturers web site or do a few general Google searches using the terms noted before. Good luck.
