Tv 52 Inches; Screen Does Not Show Even Thought; You Can See That The Tv Is On

If the TV has sound but no picture the problem is with the signal board, to have the signal board replaced can cost you $500-$600.

Try unplugging the power for a couple of hours and see if that helps.
