I Have An Older Rca 52 Inch Tv, Model Number D52w 20 Byx1. I Am Trying To

determine if I can use a HJLPQDMI Cable to connect a DVD Player.

Nope, the TV has no HDMI inputs, only a DVI-HDTV port and composite component inputs.  You'll need to get an DVI-HDTV converter cable, use RGB composite, or regular RCA video.
