RCA 27F520T Support Question

How Do You Hook Up For Regular Tv Connected To An Antenna?
Hooked up to antenna on back opening sending this to connection to outside antenna. Nothing but blue screen saying CATV mono. Also, tried a Radio Shack booster inside antenna. Same results. Get to "setup" and it goes back to same as earlier described. Sometimes there is a symbol in the lower left hand corner that has two x's through it. This is in red. Don't know what that means.
Any suggestions as to how to get this to work?
