The ProForm Crosswalk 325x treadmill should be lubricated every 60-90 hours of use. The following are the areas that need to be lubricated:
The treadmill belt. The treadmill belt should be lubricated with a silicone-based lubricant. Apply the lubricant to the underside of the belt, being careful not to get any on the motor or other electrical components.
The treadmill deck. The treadmill deck should also be lubricated with a silicone-based lubricant. Apply the lubricant to the top of the deck, being careful not to get any on the treadmill belt.
The treadmill rollers. The treadmill rollers should be lubricated with a light oil. Apply the oil to the rollers, being careful not to get any on the treadmill belt.
Here are the steps on how to lubricate a ProForm Crosswalk 325x treadmill:
Turn off the treadmill and unplug it from the power outlet.
Remove the treadmill belt. To do this, use a wrench to loosen the belt tensioner. Once the belt is loose, you can lift it up and off of the treadmill deck.
Lubricate the treadmill belt. Apply a thin coat of silicone-based lubricant to the underside of the belt. Be careful not to get any lubricant on the motor or other electrical components.
Lubricate the treadmill deck. Apply a thin coat of silicone-based lubricant to the top of the treadmill deck. Be careful not to get any lubricant on the treadmill belt.
Lubricate the treadmill rollers. Apply a light oil to the treadmill rollers. Be careful not to get any oil on the treadmill belt.
Reinstall the treadmill belt. To do this, line up the belt with the grooves in the treadmill deck. Then, use the wrench to tighten the belt tensioner.
Plug the treadmill back in and turn it on.
You should now have a properly lubricated ProForm Crosswalk 325x treadmill.
