Why Does It Squeak When I First Start Its Not Continue It Sounds Like A Belt On

Proform 540s squeaks when only when it warms up. I spray CRC oil onto the front roller bolts which bolt it to the swivel housing and onto the bolts which bolt the swivel housing onto the main frame also onto the rubber bushings which allow the front roller to bounce every time my foot hits the deck. I seem to have to do this 1 per week but it is easy to get at and takes 2 minutes.
