Headset Turns Itself Off And Then Back On It While On A Call
new consisten problem - headset turns itself off and then back on it while on a call. Do I do factory reset? ????? Thank you.

- Press and hold the call control button for about 5-6 seconds until the light on the headset starts flashing red-white. Release the button and set the headset aside. - On your cell phone, go to the Bluetooth menu and search for (or add) a device. The cell phone should find the headset.
How do you reset a Plantronics headset?
Step 1: Press the Talk Button and push the Mute Button in for 5 seconds until the Talk Indicator Light begins to flash green. Release both buttons. Step 2: Press the Talk Button again and release. Step 3: The last step is to unplug the AC power adapter for 5 seconds, then reconnect.
