Avaya T7316e New Series-is Not Working With The Hw251n.
HW251N worked with the Nortel T7316E series, but can't get it to work with the newer Avaya T7316E. Is there a different switch setting that will make it work?

We've had this come up on occasion and it has to do with the A10 direct connect cable not being compatible with the newer phone. (I'm guessing you have an A10 cable between the headset and phone). We haven't had enough testing to have an absolute for sure answer, but at least a few things to try.
Option 1: Use a Polaris Cable instead of the A10
Option 2: Use an M12 amplifier (The newer M22 will definitely not work)
