I Have A Headset-cs55, That No Longer Beeps When I Receive A Phone Call. Help!

I NEED TO RESET THE BEEP FOR INCOMING PHONE CALLS. THANK YOU.

There are a few things that can keep your headset from getting notified when a call comes in. 1) You may need a new battery in your headset. 2) The microphone in the lifter may be out but you can use the auxiliary microphone that came in the accessory package. 3) You can increase the volume of the phone ringer to increase the sensitivity of the microphone of the lifter. One of these should help.
