Pioneer Vsx-40 Sound
Can only get sound out of front left and right speakers, how do I get sound out of the rest of them,at the same time

There are a number of additional sound settings you can
make using the AUDIO PARAMETER menu. The defaults, if
not stated, are listed in bold
Press receiver then press AUDIO PARAMETER button.
Use =545;/=546; to select the setting you want to adjust.

Depending on the current status/mode of the receiver,
certain options may not be able to be selected. Check the
table below for notes on this.
Use =547;/=548; to set it as necessary.
