Buzzing Sound On Receiving End Of Pioneer Deh-6400bt When Using Bluetooth.

I have a Pioneer head unit(model # DEH-6400BT). When making, or receiving calls with my bluetooth, the person on the receiving end hears nothing but a buzzing sound. They can't hear me at all. I just had the head unit installed in March of this year. It worked fine until a couple weeks ago. What could be the problem?
