Thanks For Your Quick Response.i Tried Your Suggestion But My Bluetooth Icon Is
still grayed out and I cannot pair any devices.I took pictures of my steps through the process you suggested but I was not able to add a reply to the original answer you left. I will step back, and attempt to give you more information...I have an Android phone that I would like to pair to my new X2700BS. When I followed your instructions, I navigated to Settings> Input/Output Settings> Smartphone Setup.Under Smartphone Setup I have 2 choices for Device: iPhone/iPod or Others. Since I have an Android device I selected Others. When I select others, I have 3 choices under the Connections menu, but none of them are Bluetooth.If I select iPhone/iPod under Device I have 2 choices under Connections: USB and Wireless via BT. I tried selecting this combination and the Bluetooth icon remained grayed out.In your instructions you mention choosing Bluetooth and clicking OK. I do not have, or do not see an option to click OK or save on the Smartphone Setup screen. I only have 2 options. The top left corner gives me a back arrow and the top right corner gives me an "X". I tried clicking both after making my changes and get the same result. The Bluetooth icon on the Settings list remains grayed out and I cannot pair a device.Any additional information you could provide would be greatly appreciated. I can send you screenshots or a video of my attempts if that will help you troubleshoot this issue.Thanks for your help.

The emergency brake control wire was not connected at the time of testing. I thought the emergency brake control wire was only necessary to enable dvd playback, but it also disables the ability to connect bluetooth devices if not engaged.
Thanks for the first response. The second response asking if I had the correct model number was a waste of time.
