Headphone Jack
when I try to play music from my phone to my system you can barely hear it an it sounds distorted I cant plug in the jack all way in to system .. is my jack to big

There's no info in the manual about the size of the phone plug. If it doesn't go in easily there's obviously some problem with the size or the port.
