Is it possible to get a replacement screen for this Philips 600 Series Model #32PFL6704D HDTV?

If you could find one it would be very cost prohibitive & still wouldn't necessarily solve your problem. Most likely your unit has t-con board failure or power supply etc. Go to this page to see the most common part failures. This videowill give you considerable insight into the inner workings of your TV.
