Breaking Thread
I know of someone who has this machine and the thread gets wrapped around the take up lever and breaks. This happens frequently. She just got the machine. Any ideas on this situation? Is it a common problem with this particular machine?

If she has threaded it, adjusted tension and only operated it as per the manual here, then the machine will have to have a manufacturer fault. Requiring that she should return in to the retailer under warranty claims for free service or replacement.
