Thread Getting Stuck
The thread always gets stuck on the stopper while trying to pick up the bobbin thread

your cotton is slipping off the take up lever wich causes it to tangle around bobbin case if you thread your machine and cross cotton over when you reach the take up lever so place spool on top of machine take cotton across and over the thread guide down front of machine to bottom back up in the second thread slot up to the take up lever instead of brining it straight up and threading it through right to left bring it over and thread it left to right bring thread down to needle you should now have thread crossed over under take up lever. no more slipping problem solved. hope this helps you...Nikki
