Having Some Problems In My Installations Which Are Very Strange To Me
1) cannot set username and password @ [user auth.] tab2) cannot set on/off @ [host auth.] tab3) cannot view Multiscreen -> 1 (for other selections, able to display images) @ live ( just asking to install viewer software )4) for viewnetcam.com, what's default username and password5) for for configuring router settings, please provide more information.Please kindly support me as soon as possible.

My initial response is to recommend a complete reset to the default settings and maybe a firmware upgrade could solve your problem. If that does not resolve the issue in setting it up there may be a fault with the unit. I have attached a link to Panasonic security devices where you can download firmware and documents etc by searching down the list to your model.
