Why Can't I Play Or Listen The Recorded Message?
The Panasonic multi-line telephone KX-TS4300 in our office is not working well recently. We tried to leave a message to the phone, and the recorded message can only be shown on the screen but cannot be listened. We receive many voice mails a day but no message can be played. When I press the “message” button, only can I hear the auto reply saying the time of the message, then no sound, then “end of the message”. I tried to fix this problem by following the instructions on the user’s manual, but it won’t work. Could you help me to solve this problem? Thank you very much.

The total recording capacity (including your greeting message, caller messages, voice memo, and telephone conversation) is about 60 minutes. A maximum of 99 messages (including a greeting message) can be recorded. If that isn't the problem then the memory chip may have failed.
