Need Help-answering Machine Issues

My answering machine is logging all calls as Sunday 1:00 a.m. and I cannot here the message once it is left. We are a service oriented company that has someone on call 24/7 and I need this machine to work! Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Unplug the base unit from the wall-plug. Power the unit back up & go to page 24 to set the time & date. This should reset the unit & it should function properly after the reset.
