horizontal streaks and color change when shooting, be repaired or is very expensive?

Based on your description, there might be a problem with the LCD screen of your Olympus VG-120. Unfortunately, there is no available replacement LCD screen for your device so repair may not be possible. If this continues and gets even worse, it would be time to replace the entire device.
