My Camera Is Locked...will Not Turn Off....
New camera....was working fine not I cannot turn it off now mater what button I push..

This may be a program related issue. You can fix it by restarting your Olympus SZ-14 camera. Since you cannot start it, remove the battery instead the forcible turn off the device. Turn it on again and it should be working fine after.
