Paper Jam 380
I had a paper jam and I cleared the jam but now the printer stays in the initializing mode for about 2 min or so, then I get the front cover message 380 which I do and then the process repeats with the same results. I have removed and replaced the toners, the fuser and belt mechanism. Any way I can do a factory reset or anything else?

yes you have to repair it
Try this:
1.Press Menu = printer displays "Paper Menu"
2.Press Next 4x = printer displays "System Menu"
3.Press Select 1x = printer displays "Factory Defaults"
4.Press Next 7x = printer displays "Reset Toner Life"
5.Press Select 1x = printer displays "Resetting Toner Page Count"
6.Press Ready
