How Do I Get Solve Error 980

There was a paper jam in the fuser i took the paper out and place the fuser back but it still say service call 980 error

Error 980 means "Error by media clinging to the fuser". I would like you to remove the fuser and check to make sure that there is no paper stuck / clinging to the fuser. Then reinstall the fuser and see if the error clears. Be careful the fuser gets hot. Power the printer off first and let it cool for 15 minutes, If you are still having an issue the fuser unit will need to be replaced. If the fuser came with the printer, I recommend you give us a call at 1-800-Okidata. The fuser that comes with the printer has a 1 year warranty like the printer.
