How Do I Turn The Volume Off On The Nikon Coolpix S6400?

I love my new Nikon Coolpix, but the volume is quite distracting, especially if I want to use it in my classroom to take pictures of the students while they are presenting information.  I'd like the camera to be quiet, but cannot find any information about this in the manual.  Can you help me?
