Lg Tv Is Delivered With Defect Around An Hour Ago.
we recieved an LG TV couple of hours ago which is ordered 2 days ago and it is a defect product. Please contact me at for guiding on next steps.

You may actually return your defective LG TV for a refund. However, you need to follow the return policies of the company. Make sure that you obtain the Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA number first by contacting the customer service. Remember that returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
