A large selection.
Quite a wide variety of parts to pick from, all at reasonable prices. No complaints here!

Return/restocking fee.
I wrote a negative comment on there restocking and shipping fees. Within minutes of posting I received a call from new egg and they made everything right. Glad they went from a negative to a positive comment.

Great deals
This is definitely the place to go for good deals on computer parts. This is where I get all of mine. They have great prices, and quick service.

Great Prices, however live customer service help when required sucks.
I give it 3.5 stars. I got locked out and needed to have my password reset. thinking they wanted sales they would want to reset it asap. I could not get a live person to help me. Only email and automation and I have been with them for over 4 years. Finally sent them email saying you want my biz or not. They need live people to help on certain things.crazyredhead87.... Good deals
Newegg is awesome. It is easy to order from and everything is good quality. It makes it easy to build your own computers to your own specifications.

I have bought computer parts and laptops from several places in the past. Then I found Newegg. That was many years ago. I have not purchased anything computer related from anywhere else since! I had to return a set of headphones once and the process was fast and simple. I don't understand the negative comments on here about Newegg. All I can say is Newegg has always been great for me, with good prices, good customer service, good product selection and fast shipping. I will continue using Newegg exclusively. They would really have to screw up and on more than one occasion for me to get upset. Anybody can have a mishap!

What happen to my favorite tech store? There shipping sucks now and customer service are rude. I used online chat and they tell me to contact them later. I couldn't find the 800 number on their website and then searched for it on here. Guess what, they are not open. Did this store go out of business or was bought out by some prick.
