If A Customer Pre+ordered An Item From Your Website Company, Shouldn't The Amoun
The pre-ordered purchase from your website company guaranteed me a copy of a PC game releasing 10/30/2016. But yet on the official release of the game,Irreceived an email stating that there was an insufficient inventory formmy purchase through your website. The amount of having an insufficient inventory of not having a customers purchase is not the consumer and should be fully provided from the original business.

Hi! Since the release is still on 10/30/16, there is still plenty of time for NewEgg to restock and deliver to you. At this point I believe there should be no concern. However, if you want to further this issue, please contact NewEgg directly through the link below.
