I purchase a Motherboard received on 12/12/2012
Motherbard is defective won't read memory I install ddr2 4gig only reads 2gig also has a sim for ddr3 I install 8 gig of memory and does not reads the memory. I requested a RMA# and I got 28273688
I was charge $11.10 for shipping now that I'm returning do I have to pay again for shipping ?
That will total $22.20 to return defective merchandise for credit a total a loss for me of $22.00 for doing business with Newegg ?
