Changed From Verizon To Time Warner.
Now have a TW Router, and need to change the ext to connect to the new router from TW. I think I am doing things correctly, taking into the room with the new router, but nothing comes up with the ext??? Except the old Verizon router connection! Help Please, Thank you.

If you plan on using your router with the TWC supplied router, you will have to call customer service and ask them to place our router in "bridge" mode.
