Motorola Moto W418g Gsm

Motorola Moto W418G GSM the radio feature .I plug in the headphones bit the sound still plays on the phone and in the headphone.So anyone can hear what I am listening to ? I tried turning off background and loudspeaker still plays both headphone and phone speakers ?
