* First ensure that the phone is in warranty and that there is no physical or liquid damage to the phone or LCD. Physical or Liquid damage voids the warranty. If the phone is not in warranty; explain the warranty policy and return the phone to the consumer.
Ask the consumer to explain how and when the symptom is observed; then try to duplicate the symptom as described by the consumer. If the symptom could not be duplicated as described by the consumer; then try the steps below:
1. If the consumer is using the phone with a Bluetooth T305 speaker, then check the Bluetooth speaker version. If the Bluetooth speaker version is SYN1716A or SYN1869A or ealier version (and has not blue dot on the label); then accept the Bluetooth speaker for in warranty repair.
2. If the symptom is different than described above continue troubleshooting the phone.
