No Ringing
My moto G phone has stopped ringing,have checked setting sound etc does not ring and cannot get any sound off it. ( purchased last February ) any ideas. Await your reply.

Sounds like you have a dead loudspeaker
Try to play some music to test the speaker. If no music then the speaker is dead. Replace the loudspeaker. if still under warranty take it back
If the speaker can play music. Hard reseting your phone may be the last option
