Motorola Hx550 Will Not Charge

Hi. You can try to reset the bluetooth headset by pressing and holding the Call button while turning on the headset to turn these features on/off and choose reset to factory default and just follow the voice prompt. Try again to charge the headset and if you still have problems to charge it you can contact us directly trough the Motorola website: https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/mcp/service
