I've Charge It All Night . When It's Not On The Charger Nothing Happens No Matte
What buttons I push. On the charger it. Blinks red green and yellow then pauses on yellow. If I hold down the volume it begins blinking purple fast.

Sounds like it won't hold a charge at all, so I guess you can't check to see if it still works with the phone, right?
You can try seeing if it will charge with another charger or via USB -- that might help determine if it's the headset or the charger that's at fault.
I agree that the device should still be working. Is it still under warranty? I think it must be, so if you can't get it to work, you can exchange it.
