Hi,

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your elite Sliver. Try to reset the headset back to it's factory settings and then try to pair it again with your phone.

Press and hold the Call button while turning on the headset to start Settings menu, then follow the voice prompts to change them:

Call Button

Language selection
Reset to factory default

Caution: This action erases all pairing information stored in your headset.
Caller ID
Voice prompts
Multipoint (two device) connections
WBA (Wide-band Audio)
NFC (Touch to Pair)

*Choose Reset to Factory Default.
