Motorola Silver Elite Problem Cannot Hear The Prompts Voice

Hi,

Sorry to hear that. Try to unpair the device from your phone, power it off for a few seconds then pair it again and observe if the issue was resolved. You can also try to reset the headset to factory settings. Press and hold the Call button while turning on the headset to start Settings menu, then follow the voice prompts to change them. The second option is for Reset to factory default.

If this won't work, you can contact our support organization.They should quickly offer you a replacement if the device is still in warranty. Motorola offers a standard one year warranty on your device, barring liquid or physical damage from the date of your purchase.
