My Right Rear Passenger Door Won't Open When I Try To Open It From The Inside Or

by itself.

This sounds like a chld safety lock is on. Most cars now come with these to prevent small children from being able to accidentally open the doors from the inside. If your vehicle has these, open the door from the outside and look along the outter edge of the door. There should be a switch marked 'child safety lock'. Make sure that this feature is off and hopefully you will be able to open the door again.
