Screws Missing From Rail Under Drivvers Siide To Hold It From Hanging

a mechanic  fixed a rear oil seal an  put in new fuel pump .theres a panel  the he didnt screw back in  hanging under the drivers side ,i need to know wwhat kin of screws  nut or bolts i need to repair that   need to tighten it an stop it from hanging  dragging when its driven , its under truck on drivers side,mechanic claims he dont know what happened tto screws  so i need to fixit or know what parts to buy specifically for that vehicle ,there are 4-6 screwss nots or bolts missing , what size are the ones i d need an what brand iois best to but at auto ppasarts or does only dealer have those
