Check the connector that plugs into the servo. The connector that slips over the retainer on mine was broken and not making good contact. There are two "prongs" with a "bridge" holding the two prongs together. The "bridge" on mine was broken and was not making sufficent contact.

The servo is located on the drives side all the way up against the firewall on the fender liner. It has the cruise cable going into it. The wiring harness plugs straight into it.
