Why Is Mp3851blk Boombox Cd Player Manual Come Up As Mp3851sp?

I am trying to get the 2012 Memorex MP3851BLK Boombox CD Player manual, but when I click on that, what comes up is Memorex MP3851SP Boombox CD Player manual and it shows a different configuration for some of the buttons to push and some buttons not even on it? Is it because it's a 2012 BLK model ? and the SP is a current (2014) manual
