Have A Problem With My Marantz M-cr603

I Have A Problem With My Marantz Mcr-603 I Cant Connect To The Internet Wirelesly And I Dont Know How To Hard Reset It Too Or Download The Latest Firmware As I Bought It Second Hand With No Manual Can I Do It Through A Usb Stick To Update The Firmware Please
