Sorry for your problems, which are not at all unusual, but are representative of a great many complaints about magicJack, which could be charitably characterized as administratively challenged.

magicJack's customer support is for the most part magically lacking. The phone number of 561-594-9925 is for billing matters only, and seeking either that phone or chat help may prove a waste of your time. You may write magicJack at [email protected], or:
