Call Disconnects

phone call disconnects without warning does not allow me to redial, no dial tone. No interruption of internet service when this happens. Sometimes i get "all circuits busy" other times just dead air. I have only had MJ service for 2.5 weeks and this has happened at least 5-6 times.

Your magicJack may not work properly, or at all [partial list]:

if your magicJack is not running,
if it's not properly secured,
if the phone cord is not secured or is broken,
if you're not connected to the Internet at a sufficiently high speed,
if without a powered USB hub several phones are used to generate power from a USB port,
or if your magicJack device is defective.

You may wish to try these instructions. You can also reset the device, as explained here. Or consider "Running MagicJack as System" as outlined here.

If however the device is defective, you need to return it. If you bought it from magicJack, follow the instructions at http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html.
