First check to see if your phone is on mute. Otherwise, go to magicjack menu on top left corner of MJ dial pad, go to volume/headset control- and make sure the telephone button is checked.

If still no ring on the phone, click headset/other and checked "speakers". Try to call your magicjack number if it rings.
