I Can't Make Call Direct Fron My Telephone , Ai Need To Be In Front Of My Laptop

I have been trying to make a call using my phone and I can't ,I have to be infront of my computer and put the nunbers? I can't make a call to another telephone in EU ?

The magicJack PLUS device plugs into the AC adapter, which plugs into the AC outlet. On the left of the unit you have a socket for the phone cable and one for the LAN cable. Or you could run the LAN cable from your router or switch.
